Family members and the relatives of preacher Sarjan Barkati on Monday staged a protest in south Kashmir’s Shopian district to demand his release.
Carrying placards in their hands, scores of family membersand the relatives of incarcerated Barkati staged a protest outside Jamia Masjid Shopian.
Barkati was arrested during the 2016 unrest and was lodgedat a jail in Jammu.
