Teams of School Education Department today inspected several private educational institutes of Jammu District.
The inspection is part of department’s initiatives againstthose private schools against which complaints are being received by theDirectorate of School Education regarding charging of excessive fee, selling ofbooks and other stationery items and related issues.
During the inspection, the teams checked the fee structureof these private schools, implementation of orders of Jammu Kashmir FeeFixation Committee and provisions of the rules.
Director School Education, Jammu has appealed to the parentsand private schools to proceed as per the orders and instructions already inthe public domain available at official website (www.schedujammu.nic.in andJKFFC (www.jkffc.in). Besides, concerned CEOs, Cluster Head Principal, HSS andZEOs can be contacted for in case of any grievance.
