Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeM) chairman Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai today paid rich tributes to prominent Islamic scholar Qazi Nisar Ahmad on his 25th death anniversary.
“Qazi Nisar Ahmad was a gentle soul and dedicated politicaland social personality. He was extremely compassionate to the poor and needyand worked for their welfare,” Sehrai said in a statement.
“Qazi Nisar sacrificed his life for the greater cause of thepeople in Kashmir. He was an outstanding figure,” Sehrai said, praying for him.
