The governor’s administration Sunday ordered transfers and postings of Kashmir administrative service officers.
According to an order issued by the general administration department, Narinder Singh Bali, special secretary, Information department, is transferred and posted as secretary in the J&K state information commission; Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, special secretary, labour and employment department, presently deployed in the winter secretariat Srinagar, is transferred and posted as director, Horticulture, Kashmir.
He shall continue to hold the charge of special secretary in the winter secretariat, Srinagar; Chaudhary Rashid AzamInqalabi, special secretary, higher education department, under orders of transfer as special secretary,
transport department, having additional charge of special secretary in the secretariat of road safety council, shall continue as special secretary, higher education department; Ashok Kumar Pandita, secretary in the J&K state information commission, is transferred and posted as additional secretary, Information department; Manzooor Ahmad Qadri, director Horticulture Kashmir is transferred and posted as secretary, J&K board of professional entrance examination; Dr. Mehraj-ud-Din Rather, additional district development commissioner Srinagar is transferred and posted as additional secretary, department of food, civil supplies and consumer affairs; DrAbdus Salam Mir, additional commissioner in the office of divisional commissioner, Kashmir, holding the additional charge of executive officer, J&K state Haj committee, is transferred and posted as director, sheep husbandry Kashmir, on deputation basis. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of executive officer, J&K state Haj committee, till further orders;
Purnima Mittal, joint director (administration) in the directorate of Rural development, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as additional district development commissioner, Srinagar; TasaduqHussain Mir, officer on special duty with advisor (K) to the governor, is transferred and posted as additional secretary , Information department; KrishanLal, additional deputy commissioner, Poonch, is transferred and posted as additional secretary in the governor’s secretariat; Deep Raj, regional transport officer, Jammu, is transferred and posted as additional secretary, department of forest, ecology and environment; Dhananter Singh, additional secretary in the governor’s secretariat, is transferred and posted as regional transport officer, Jammu; JagdishChander, chief executive officer, Katra Development Authority, is transferred and posted as deputy chief executive officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, on deputation basis; RigzinSpalgon, sub-divisional magistrate, Durbuk, under orders of transfer as assistant commissioner revenue, Leh, shall continue as sub-divisional magistrate, Durbuk; Syed AbulQasim, deputy director, Srinagar Development Authority, is recalled and deputed as joint commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, in his own pay and grade; JigmetRaftan, under secretary, labour and employment department, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Revenue department for his posting as tehsildarKhairu; Muhammad Taqi, general manager, Super Bazar, Jammu, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Revenue department for his posting as tehsildar, Neyoma.
