Shah Faesal appeals for calm

Condemning the killing of a youth Arshad Ahmad Dar of Pattan, the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement (JKPM) president Dr Shah Faesal conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

Dar, who was critically injured during clashes at Chenabalarea of Pattan on Srinagar-Baramulla Highway succumbed at SKIMS here lateWednesday evening. He was undergoing treatment in the hospital since Monday.

   

Appealing the people to maintain peace and tranquility, ShahFaesal, in a statement today, said,  “Weshould not provide any chance to the enemy to divide us.”  

In a condolence message, Faesal, conveyed his heartfeltcondolences to the bereaved family.

He cautioned the people against, what he said, “machinationsof the enemies who were hell-bent to harm our social fabric, peace anddevelopment.”

He said, “The protests for getting justice for rape victimof Bandipora could have been better handled and this loss of precious life andpublic property was avoidable.”

Faesal prayed for eternal peace to departed soul andpatience and courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
