The students on Tuesday held a protest here over the irregular public transport.
Students held blocked Srinagar-Leh highway near Gund village and demanded regular public transport facilities.
The protesting students said they suffer due to non availability of proper transport facility in the district.
Later, protesting students disbursed peacefully after police officials pacified them, while assuring them that their grievance will be resolved.
