Thousands of people attended the funeral prayers of two militants killed during a firefight with the government forces in Reben village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday.
As the bullet perforated bodies of Nawaz Ahmad Wagay and Yawar Ahmad Wani reached their native villages of Reban, Shopian and Bhatnoora, Pulwama respectively, thousands of mourners from adjoining and far-off places converged there to participate in their last rites.

Multiple rounds of funeral prayers were held for both the slain militants.Â
They were yet to be interred when the reports last came.
