‘Time to bring Karnah valley on tourist map’

Continuing with his public contact campaign AIP President Er. Rasheed interacted with people at several places on third day of his visit to Karnah valley.

Interacting with masses at Kona Gabra, Nawa Gabra,Khowerpara, Bagh Bela, Hajinaar Nichyan and other places Er. Rasheed said thatpeople of Karnah have a right to live a dignified and honored life anddepriving them of their fundamental rights should be matter of shame for anygovernment.

   

“From local issues to major problems no one cares about thesufferings of masses living on LOC. It is time for administration to change itsattitude or people will be forced to shake the conscience of those at the helmof affairs,” he said.

Concluding his three day tour to the valley Er. Rasheedthanked masses for listening to him and assured that the struggle to protect andfight for the rights of Karnah will continue and will be taken to logical end.He said, “In absence of any horticulture or agriculture sector the youth ofKarnah feel highly frustrated. Due to the continuous tension at borders,government has forgotten the tourism sector despite the entire Karnah valleyhaving huge potential. India and Pakistan should at least allow people ofborder areas to breath with some freedom and should encourage border tourism,so that it creates huge opportunities for the locals to earn their livelihood.It is time for the government to give up excuses and bring Ragni, Taya, Zarla,Shamsbari, Dudi, Jatti and other beautiful places on the tourist map”.
