The traffic movement was affected on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway Tuesday morning after security forces recovered a suspicious object on the road in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police official said that a suspicious object was found inMalpora area of Qazigund following which traffic movement was halted for sometime.
He said a bomb disposal squad was rushed to the spot.”The traffic on the road was restored afterreceiving clearance from the bomb disposal squad as no dangerous material wasfound on the highway,” a police official said.
