Truck rolls down into gorge in north Kashmir; driver, conductor escape unhurt

A truck driver and a conductor had a miraculous escape after their vehicle rolled down into a deep gorge at petrol pump Nadihal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday.

A police official said that a truck, bearing registration number JK01M-1862, was on way to Srinagar from FCI godown when it rolled down into the nallah around 4:30 pm.

   

Both the driver and the conductor escaped unhurt, he said.
