Chairman PDF Hakeem Yaseen Wednesday hailed the US President Donald Trump’s remarks about mediation between India and Pakistan for resolution of lingering on Kashmir issue, terming it a good omen.
Speaking at a daylong convention of party workers here atNeelnag, Yaseen said, “The idea of third party mediation on Kashmir put forthby the US President has opened a window of opportunity for restoration of peaceand tranquility in the region. Even if the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has notsought mediation on Kashmir, still there is nothing bad in picking up a threadfrom the idea of third party mediation.”
