Chairman Kashmir Society Farooq Renzushah today said Urdu is a language of Sufi order and its lovers won’t allow it to vanish. Commenting on a banner installed in Book Exhibition at Kashmir University recently, he said Urdu promotion council should apologize for “blasphemous” word against the language.
“This indicates mindset of organizers who have started campaign to discourage Sufi Books written in Urdu. This language is language of Sufiyat and the literature which is being imported to slaughter this pure language need not be encouraged,” he said while speaking at a function here.
