Won't allow harassment of BJP workers, common man: Arora

Greater Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 7: BJP’s Kashmir affairs in-charge, Ramesh Arora Sunday accused the local administration of not cooperating with them in ensuring hassle-free rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“We received complaints that some police officials were indulging in removing BJP flags. We have lodged a complaint against them with the Election Commission of India. Besides, we also received complaints that in the name of frisking and security check ups, many BJP workers and common people were facing harassment,” Arora said.
He said BJP leaders would meet DGP, K Rajendera and IGP, Abdul Gani Mir to ensure no participant is harassed while reaching the venue.
