A wreath laying ceremony was held at district police lines Pulwama to pay homage to slain constable Mudasir Ahmad who was killed on Monday in a militant attack at Muran, Pulwama, a police handout said.
Civil and police officers led by IGP S P Pani along with DIG SKR Amit Kumar and DSP Pulwama Muhammad Aslam laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains and paid rich tributes to the deceased, it said.
Among others who laid wreaths included commandants of 182 and 183 BN CRPF, ASP Chandan Kohli and other officers and soldiers.
