A youth who was critically injured during clashes at Chenabal area of Pattan on Srinagar-Baramulla Highway succumbed at SKIMS here late Wednesday evening, a doctor confirmed to Greater Kashmir.
The deceased has been identified as Arshad Ahmad Dar ofChenbal. He was under going treatment in the hospital since Monday.
“He (Dar) succumbed this evening,” the doctorsaid. “The deceased youth had received head injuries during protests againstrape of a minor girl of Bandipora district.”
