Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, Feroz Ahmad Khan today met vice-chancellor, University of Kashmir, Prof Talat Ahmed and discussed several issues being faced by the students of Government Degree College, Kargil.
The VC assured the CEC that separate schedule for degree college, Kargil may be formulated with regard to conduct of examination and declaration of results so that the same will be done at Kargil University camps.
Prof Talat directed the controller Examinations, KU to visit Kargil to assess the issues being faced by the students there. The V-C assured the CEC that he would also visit district Kargil to discuss and review the issues of the students as well as the college related issues on the spot in the first week of November 2018.
The CEC thanked V-C for taking a keen interest in resolving the genuine issues of the students of degree college, Kargil.
