Kargil, Jan 12: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC, Kargil, Feroz Ahmad Khan today reviewed the maintenance work by Project Vijayak on the Kargil- Batalik and Batalik- Khaltse roads here at a meeting of the concerned officers.
In Charge Commander, Project Vijayak and other concerned officers and engineers were present in the meeting.
The meeting was informed that work on the resurfacing of the remaining 46.53 kilometers length of the Batalik Khaltse Road and resurfacing of 15.94 kilometers of the Kargil Batalik Road have been planned to be taken up during the next financial year.
The CEC stressed on the concerned to ensure proper fund management and put in their best efforts to ensure timely start of work so that targets are achieved within the set timelines.
