CEC Namgyal meets Rijiju

Chief Executive Councilor of LAHDC Leh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and executive councilor for agriculture Phuntsog Stanzin today met union minister of state for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju in New Delhi.

They extended their heartfelt gratitude to Rijiju for opening of new trekking routes and extension of existing routes for tourist movement in the region. He requested for further inclusion of other places for tourist visit in Ladakh in future.  The CEC JTN raised various developmental issues of Ladakh with Rijiju. 

   

Meanwhile, CEC JTN also met Tarun Kapoor, vice chairman, Delhi Development Authority and sought his personal intervention to sort out the long pending case of LAHDC Leh’s land situated at Dwarka in New Delhi.  The vice chairman, DDA assured CEC that he would assign the Dwarka land case to an officer personally who will examine the case as soon as possible.
