Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan has expressed his gratitude to Governor Satya Pal Malik and Chief Secretary B V R Subrahmanyam for appointing former Chief Secretary C. Phunsog as the Vice Chancellor of Ladakh University.
The CEC has also expressed his indebtedness for appointmentof Imteeaz Kacho, an officer of the Kashmir Administrative Service as theRegistrar and In-Charge Principal Government Degree College Leh, Prof DeskyongNamgyal as the Controller of Examination of the University of Ladakh.The CEC while congratulating C. Phunsog, ImteeazKacho and Prof Deskyong Namgyal has expressed optimism that they will strivehard in the interest of the students of both the districts.
