The general council meeting of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil would be held on 13 June wherein Annual District Plan for the Kargil District for the year 2019-2020 shall be discussed and finalized.
The decision to this effect was taken in a meeting of theExecutive Council of the LAHDC, Kargil held under the chairmanship of thechairman and Chief Executive Councilor, Feroz Ahmed Khan, at CouncilSecretariat here on Saturday.
Executive Councilor for Social Welfare Aga Syed MujtabaMosavi, Executive Councilor for Tourism Er Punchoq Tashi, Executive Councilorfor Works Aga Syed Abbass Razvi, Executive Councilor for Health Muhammad AliChandan, Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Baseer ul Haq Choudhary andChief Planning Officer Tashi Tundup were also present in the meeting.
The meeting discussed in detail various aspects of thepreparation of the General Council meeting.
The meeting decided that from this year onwards, all theCouncilors of the LAHDC, Kargil will be asked to frame and send five questionsto the Deputy Commissioner’s office by or before June 8, 2019 to be replied bythe concerned Executive Councilors.
It was further decided that the DC office and all otheroffices shall remain open to collect the questions and prepare the replies onall holidays except Eid-ul-Fitr.
