Four CRPF personnel deployed for poll duty injured in road accident in Chadoora

Four CRPF troopers were injured when their vehicle met withan accident in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.

A Gypsy bearing registration number HR55C-3383, part of thepoll duty, skidded off a bridge and fell into a nallah in Chadoora, resultingin injuries to four personnel, reported news agency GNS.

   

A police officer confirmed the incident and said that the injuredhave been shifted to a hospital.

“A case under relevant sections of law has been registeredand further investigation has been taken up,” he said.
