A 17-year-old boy died after complaining of “sudden and severe” chest pain in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.
Locals said that Rashid Ahmad Chechi, son of Bashir Ahmad Chechi, hailing from uphill village of Muqam Reshwari died soon after he complained of sudden and severe pain in the chest.
The officials at District hospital Bandipora said that the boy was brought dead to the facility and apparently died of cardiac arrest.
According to the locals, the boy was a student of 10th class.
