Two held over grenade blast in north Kashmir’s Baramulla

Two persons were held for their alleged role in a grenade attack in north Kashmir’s Baramula district yesterday, reports quoting sources said on Tuesday.

According to news agency GNS, the duo allegedly involved in throwing the grenade at an army convoy at Azad Gunj bridge were held in a night raid by the police.

   

They were identified soon after the attack, said the report.

The grenade had missed the target and exploded on the road, leaving seven civilians injured.
