Shahana wrote poetry since her school days but lately she began writing about issues that addressed social injustice and other matters close to her heart.

She slowly built courage to share her work with friends and family online.

Shahana’s passion for the well-being of her homeland and its people from all walks of life as well as her concern for the human condition is clearly expressed in her work. Her experience of a multitude of cultures, her connections with people she has met, her empathetic nature as a physician and her compassion as a mother insures her work and makes her a true advocate of love and peace.
