About the AUTHOR

Rajmohan Gandhi is a biographer and a research professor atthe Center for South Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, University of Illinoisat Urbana-Champaign, US. He is the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi and ChakravarthiRajagopalachari. He is also a scholar in residence at the Indian Institute ofTechnology Gandhinagar.
