Panic gripped Koteranka area in Rajouri district on Thursday after braid of a lady was allegedly chopped off under mysterious circumstances.
According to local sources, the lady was on way to her sister’s house in Bareri village when a portion of her hair was found chopped off by unknown persons. She was found in a state of shock and hospitalised immediately, they said.
She was taken to community health center in Koteranka where her condition is said to be stable, the sources said, adding that the incident triggered panic in the area.
