Hartlib served as a guide for new entrants to Oxford University. The movement of guidance soon spread to different parts of the globe and achieved a manifold progress.

The need of guidance is felt in all cultures irrespective of their cultural standard. Guidance as a professional process invites expert opinions from different angles to shape the career of youngsters on a line of confidence and progress.
