From recent years we have seen a low intensity to massiveprotests across the globe, India as well. The issues differ from politics toeconomics and social to constitutional. These may include a demand to install atransformer, about adequate water supply or molestation incidents. The solutionto each of these problems without staging a protest looks impossible. Theauthorities at the helm seem powerless or inefficient or deliberately avoid aninstant solution of a particular problem thus forcing people to come on roads.Which means redress mechanism is so weak that even for a genuine demand to besettled at the level of lower rank, officer people are seen protesting onroads. In order to attract the attention of much higher authorities like Lt.Governor, Governor or CM people are holding protests. This type of attitude onpart of the officers placed at the administrative affairs shall be placed underscanner; also people are required to evaluate their demands properly.

The initiative like Himayat Youjana is a concrete step which needs to becontinued and much more steps be taken in this direction to minimize theunemployment problem. But in recent times the problems faced by few big companiesare at the verge of closure and losing jobs by our youth is a serious concern.In economic perspective it will be a challenging task to revamp all odd thingsand encourage new entrepreneurship sectors to get unemployment under control.One of the important things is sports culture. Physically & mentallyhealthy society is in favour of peace & prosperity. Sports for all, let usfootball and other initiatives to promote sports should be our focus andcontribution in this direction jointly or individually will be beneficial tonone other than but we the people.

The Law governing agencies and maintaining constitutiongazette should come up to the expectations of the people and do not hurt theaspirations of the people. The court and law making forums are the final hopeof people which should function impartial without any external interruption.

Atpresent the internet is a lifeline of the working culture scenario particularlyin health sector. We are in 5G internet network system and blocking of thisfacility at any point of time can be looked as highest adverse step. Snappingof internet facility across the country is a grave concern which costs incrores of rupees. What else the internet facility could save lives of many people.It should be our collective efforts not to use social media for personal fameand violate the norms.
Even more powers given to women but in 21st century women isstill facing tremendous hardships in view of social evils and other issuesfaced by them. The attack on women identity, vulnerable & gruesome incidents like molestation & burning aliveincreased by each passing day. Besides, empower women by increase theirpresence in assembly and parliament is need of the hour.
