What stops your mental growth

You can’t build your life by crushing lives of others. If you do so, people will rip you apart. This is a practice of self-destruction & will lead you to fall in a pit you are digging for others. The only way you can create a tallest building in the town in either by thinking long term, putting in the effort to create a strong foundation. But if you destroy others, they will not let you thrive. Trying to pull others down instead of lifting yourself up is self harming.

You lag behind in life by constantly worrying about the things beyond the your control. Most of the worries are created by our passive thinking. We create a hypothetical situation of “ifs” & “what will happen” in our mind & afterwards it becomes deadly impossible for us to come out from that. This type of thinking creates an illusion of a mammoth problem.

If you are unable to accomplish certain task, doesn’t mean it is impossible. Thinking positively to do something means the task won’t be too tough, if it may be. Anyone whoever told you that ‘you can’t’ says it because ‘he could not’. Wasting time in for petty & trivial matters will turn minor issue into major ones.

Decadence happens due to negligence of self-development. You need positive vibes daily for the mental wellbeing like you need fresh food every day for a sound body. Coercing others to live as per your beliefs will ruin the peace of mind. It creates insecurity and leads to oppressive behaviour. You must acknowledge the effort of others and never take undue credit of someone’s work. This will help you to do your own job rather than keeping an eye on others. Favouritism and nepotism must never be encouraged as sooner or later you are going to pay for it in one way or the other.

Not accepting your responsibility and blaming others will make you dull as hiding behind excuses is a typical behaviour of irresponsible people. Degrading others,  choking their space, and harming their dignity,  is rooted in negative thinking. You must identify where you need to improve your vision. Wisdom does not necessarily come with age; you need to learn from the mistakes and reflect a change after you realized the wrongdoing of past. Become the best of yourself and set an example for others.

Make people understand that you faced the worst and you sustained. Flood comes for days and creates havoc, but only those see the life who somehow keep surviving in the worst times. Don’t get bogged down by the hard times you face, instead try to improve your stamina by taking a stand for the good. People come and go, what remains there is legacy you leave behind. You are going to be remembered for good or bad deeds. When you are going to be remembered then why for bad deeds. Keep doing good deeds and help people in their trying times, you will be remembered for life. Character in not inherited but it is a ‘learnt’ behaviour. Character is based on our value system. Our values come to our aid when we face the real world.

People with clear purpose succeed because they know the destination & they have clear direction. Strength of character is the foundation of all great achievements. If you want to improve your mental growth, you must not think in negative way and try to compete in the best possible way. You must always think for the betterment of both people and society.
