The residents of Ward 1, Shadole village in Mahore on Friday complained that their area has been without electricity since the past ten days.
The residents told Greater Kashmir, “The transformer of our area (Ward 1) got damaged around ten days ago, but the concerned department has failed to repair it or replace it.”
“We are suffering due to lack of electric supply. As severe cold has gripped the area, lack of electricity is a major concern,” they complained.
They demanded the power development department to repair or replace the transformer as soon as possible.
