Jammu and Kashmir police Monday claimed to have arrested two alleged drug peddlers here and recovered contraband drugs from their possession.
The police said, “408 capsules of Spasmoproxyvon wererecovered from one Kaisar Ahmad Bhat at a checkpoint at Mirgund Chowk. Bhat wasarrested and later shifted to Budgam police station, where he remains incustody.”
At a separate checkpoint near Khag receiving station, theysaid, one Nazir Ahmad Bhat was held with one kilogram of powdered cannabis and70 grams of hashish. “Nazir Bhat was shifted to Khag police station and remainsin custody,” they said.
