Two persons sustained injuries when their vehicles collided with each other at Nomain on Friday, police said.
A police officer said, “At about 10:15 am, a Tata car,JK02BK 3870, en route Katra from Domail, collided with a Mahindra Bolera,JK02BQ 0007, at Nomain in Katra. As a result, the drivers of both the vehiclessustained injuries.”
The injured were identified as Rajesh Jamwal, son of BhagwanSingh and a resident of Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, and Vishal Sharma, son of DeshBandhu and a resident of Matuwar, Balwal tehsil, Jammu.
Both the injured were shifted to community health centre,Katra, from where, after being administered first-aid, they were referred toNarayana Hospital, Kakryal, for advanced treatment, the officer said.
An FIR has been registered and police are investigating thecase further.
