The district administration here on Wednesday ordered closure of all shops except medical shops till March 29th to prevent spread of coronavirus in the district.
According to an orderissued by the district magistrate no person shall venture out of his homeunless urgent or without any valid movement pass.
“Onlyessential services officials shall be allowed to move, that too only afterproduction of valid movement pass,” said the order.
“Thegrocery, vegetables and milk shops have been closed till March 29 and only homedelivery by the permitted traders shall be allowed,” said the order. “Medicalshops shall also remain open. People shall be allowed to go up to medical shopsonly after they produce a prescription slip.”
Besides, daily milkvehicles shall also be allowed to distribute the milk before 9 PM.
