A footbridge in Angralla, located in Mahore sub-division, which was constructed several years ago, awaits repair as it has become weak and dilapidated, the locals said.
They said, “Till a few years ago, there was no roadconnectivity in Gulabgarh area and the people used to commute via thefootbridge. Due to wear and tear, the bridge has now become weak.”
“Whenever we walk over the bridge, it wobbles. It seems thatit might snap anytime,” the residents of Arbais, Shabrass, Nihoch, Dewal andDogga said.
They urged the administration to look into the issue andinitiate repair before a casualty takes place.
