Natural lighting here has claimed life of a nomad in higher reaches of Surankote tehsil in Poonch district.
The deceased nomad has been identified as Mohammad Aslam son of Mir Hussain resident of Salwah Mendhar.
Police said that the deceased was living in Hungli Dhok in Surankote with livestock when natural lighting struck the Dhok Saturday evening leading to death of the man on the spot.
The body of the deceased was handed over to his family members after performing the legal formalities, said police.
