LOK SABHA POLLS|Mehbooba changed stance on army action after coalition ended: Ram Madhav

General secretary of Bhartiya Janta Party, Ram Madhav, Saturday accused Peoples Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti, of “changing her stance on army action after the coalition ended”.

While chairing campaign rallies Poonch town, Darhal,Kotranka and Gunda villages, Madahav said, “Former chief minister, MehboobaMufti, used to favour action while the BJP and PDP were in coalition. As soonas we pulled out of the government, she changed her stance and started to talkagainst it.”

   

Claiming that BJP has been successful in fulfilling theaspirations of the people, the general secretary said, “Narendra Modi-ledcentral government has succeeded on all fronts. We brought in development andworked for the downtrodden and the poor, not for the richest businessmen.”

He appealed the local populace of casting their vote infavour of the party’s candidate from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha segment.

In Poonch, senior BJP leader, Pardeep Sharma, addressed thegathering and claimed that BJP is all set to garner good support in theforthcoming parliamentary polls from Poonch.
