Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department employee died under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday here.
Reports said the deceased had left for his job in the morning, while he was found terminally ill in the evening. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment; however he died during the course of treatment, it added.
The deceased has been identified as Jagdish Kumar (50) from Saranoo village. The investigation has been taken, after injury marks were found on his body, said a police official. The body was handed over to his relatives for last rites after completion of medico-legal formalities, he added.
