Islamic religious scholars from Rajouri and Poonch on Friday demanded fair investigation and action into the killing of a person at Bhaderwah while also seeking speedy probe into Sumbal minor’s rape.
Addressing Fridayprayers, Islamic scholars said that the people have full faith in lawimplementation agencies who shall fulfil the expectations of masses and shallensure speedy probe into both the cases.
District President of Anjuman Ahl e Sunnat Rajouri MoulanaMohammad Farooq Niami who addressed Friday congregation at Markazi Jamia MasjidRajouri said that the police should conduct speedy probe into the killing of anaged man at Bhaderwah and that the accused should be booked under law.
Moulana Farooq also said that police should also ensure thatminor rape victim of Sumbal Bandipora gets justice.
