Established in 2004, the school, located in Nawwagan area ofMahore educational zone, still awaits the government to “sanction and constructa building”.

“39 students are enrolled in the school and the governmenthas posted two teachers,” locals said, adding that the kids face immensehardships during inclement weather as they are forced to study under open sky.

The locals further said that the two teachers posted in theschool built a tin shed out of their own expenses on a land donated by a localman to cater to the needs of the students and protect them during inclementweather, but that too suffered extensive damage during the last snowfall.

The locals urged upon the governor’s administration to lookinto the issue and mitigate the sufferings of the children.
