Two youth got injured when a person allegedly fired from his 12 bore rifle during a scuffle that took place between members of two families at Karhad village of Rajouri district.
As per reports, scuffle broke out between two sides oversome land dispute in which a man fired from his .12 bore rifle and splinters offire hit two youth.
Duo were shifted to GMC Hospital Rajouri where they areunder treatment. They have been identified as Nazakat Hussain son of NoorHussain resident of Karhad and Issaq Shah son of Ayub Shah resident ofKotedhara.
Attendants accompanying the injured said that the accusedfired from his rifle and then resorted to heavy stone pelting.
Meanwhile, police said that a case under relevant sectionsof Arms Act and attempt to murder has been registered at Darhal police station and teams are raidingat multiple places to nab the accused who was evading his arrest when thisreport was filed.
