A soldier was killed in firing from across the Line of Control when Pakistan troops resorted to ceasefire violation in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district, officials said on Thursday evening.
Officials said that Pakistan troops violated ceasefire in forward locations of Sunderbani sector in which one soldier was injured. The injured soldier was shifted to army hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
