Two passengers died and another was critically injured after a landslide struck a village in Mandi area of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
An official said that incessant rains triggered a landslide in Bayila village on Thursday.
He said a vehicle of a private telecommunication company came under the debris of the landslide, resulting into death of two persons and serious injuries to another.
The deceased were identified as Makhan Singh and Anjum Pervez Khan while the injured identified as Deepak Singh of RS Pura.
The injured was shifted to Mandi hospital for treatment.
