A student of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri has been detained by police in connection with “the investigation of a case”.
Sources told Greater Kashmir that a student of B Tech third semester studying in BGSB University Rajouri was wanted “in the investigation of a case” in the Valley and was detained by police today morning in Rajouri.
The student is a resident of Lal Bazaar in Srinagar and will be handed over to Srinagar police, sources added. They did not disclose the name of student citing “secrecy of investigation”.
“We have detained the student who is wanted in the investigation of a case in the Valley and more details cannot be shared at this moment,” an official said.
