In a total dominating display of football played by the top football side of the state, J&K Bank football club outplayed J&K Forest-XI by seven goals to nil in the match of the premier division league played at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground here on Wednesday.
In the ongoing annual football league three matches ofjunior division and one match each of super division and premier division wereplayed during the day.
The main highlight of the day was premier division clashbetween J&K Bank and Forest-XI. The match turned out to be a one-sidedaffair with J&K Bank side totally dominating Forest and scored seven goals.Aakif opened score for Bank in the 9th minute of the game. It was openingneeded as J&K Bank went on to pump six more goals in the remaining time. Atthe end of first half, J&K Bank were leading by 3-0 goals while as insecond half they scored four goals. J&K Bank won by 7-0 goals. Adnan scoredthree goals for Bank while as Aakif Reshi scored two. Danish and Waris scoredone goal each.
In the match of Super Division league at the same venue,Fortview FC defeated Solina Sports by a solitary goal.
Meanwhile in junior division league, three matches wereplayed at Polo Ground. United FC got a walkover against Shining Star in firstmatch while as in second match Eithad FC defeated Alijana-B FC by 4-1 goals. Inthe third match Zabarwan FC defeated Kashmir Sign by 1-0 goals.
