The Elite’s Co-ed Secondary School conducted its annual cross-country run for boys and girls section from Nishat Garden to Duck park Forshore Road here on Friday.
In the event around 300 students of various class in bothboys and girls section participated.
The competition was held in three groups in both boys andgirls sections. In boys section, Taufeeeq of class 8th, Numaan Bashir of class4th and Mehrab Latief of class 3rd bagged first positions in their groups whileas Aftab of class 10th, Meesum Ali of class 6th and Afaan of class 3rd baggedsecond places in their groups. Anam Tariq of class 8th, Kamil of class 6th andMohammad Maeen of class 2nd bagged third positions respectively.
In girls section, Areeba and Sehrish of class 8th, Aleeza ofclass 4th and Mahro Nisa of class 3rd bagged first positions in their groupswhile as Arooj Majeed of class 7th, Aleeza of class 3rd and Lubna of class 3rdbagged second positions. Muqadus of class 7th, Areebah of class 3rd and Rumanahof class first bagged first positions.
