As part its extra-curricular activities RP School Srinagar held a firefighting workshop in collaboration with Fire and Emergency Department J&K at its boys campus, Malabagh here on Tuesday.
Theworkshop was titled ‘how to prevent and control fire’ with Joint Director Fireand Emergency Department J&K B A Shah guest on the occasion.
Onthe occasion the demonstration about firefighting was given by the officials ofthe department in front of the students. Later BA Shah briefed student aboutHow to control fire in early stage and what steps the one should take in caseof fire or earthquake.
Thedemonstration like, how to control fire when there is leakage in gas cylinderor short circuit were appreciated by the students and officials present.
