I-LEAGUE: Real Kashmir FC to take on Indian Arrows today

With the aim to stay in title hunt of I-League Real Kashmir football club is going to take on Indian Arrows in the crucial match at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on Sunday.

It is crucial tie for the Real Kashmir who in its debut season are in title hunt. However, it is not going to be walk in park against a side like Indian Arrows who have no fear of defeat. Arrows are development side of All India Football Federation and they have no fear of losing or getting relegated. In that perspective all through the season they have been playing aggressive football and at times have created problems for big sides as well.

Currently Real Kashmir FC stay at third place on points table with 32 points from 16 matches. Second placed side East Bengal has same points from same number of matches but on better goal average sit above then Real Kashmir. Leaders Chennai City FC has got 37 points from 17 matches. With outcome of match between Minerva Punjab FC and Real Kashmir still pending, this match against Arrows becomes more important for Kashmir side. They will not like to falter in its journey at the crucial stage of the league where every point counts.

If Real goes on to beat Arrows tomorrow, pressure will build up on Chennai City who have to face Mohun Bagan soon after Real Kashmir-India Arrows game.
