I-League: Real Kashmir to take on East Bengal in Delhi today

Real Kashmir football club is going to clash with East Bengal football club in the match of I-League on Thursday.

It is a home game of Real Kashmir but was moved out of Srinagar after security clearance for the match was not given. On Real Kashmir request All India Football Federation (AIFF) shifted the match to Delhi.

The match is a clash between the second placed and third placed sides on points table who both are fighting for the title. With Chennai City FC comfortably sitting at top with 40 points and both East Bengal and Real Kashmir having lost points recently this match is more of a classification fight now. Real Kashmir have now got no chance to win the league while as East Bengal have got chance if Chennai lose points in the upcoming matches. In that perspective the clash is more important for East Bengal than Real Kashmir.
