Government Degree College (GDC) Ganderbal on Monday defeated GDC Tangmarg in the quarterfinal of the ongoing Inter-College Rolling Trophy cricket tournament here.
Batting first GDC Ganderbal, scored 142runs for the loss of nine wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Shahid with 44 andMehraj Farooq with 28 runs were the main contributors. For the GDC Tangmarg,Mudasir and Kaisar took two wickets each. The GDC Tangmarg could score only 99runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Sheikh Shahid of GDC Ganderbal was adjudged as man of the match.
