Department of Physical Education of Islamia college organized a one-day return summit to highest peak of Srinagar, mount Mahadev on Saturday.
Mahadev is highest peak in Srinagar with altitude of (3990 mtrs) and in it eight students, three staff members and one college alumni Abid took part.
The group was led by the college Director of Physical Education Dr. Altaf Ur Rehman. The one-day return trekking to the Mount Mahadev was attempted by any local college students group for the first time and accomplished the task successfully.
